Tumbling classes are a great activity for a young toddler. They are not only fun but provide exercise, flexibility, balance and coordination. Toddlers develop both their mental and physical energy while learning useful skill. The learn many basic tumbling skills including but not limited to coming into a bridge, backbends, forward/backward rolls, cartwheels, round offs, and front and back walkovers. Other benefits are the development of their ability to learn to work in a group, follow directions, and pay attention. They have an opportunity to meet other children their own age and experience a classroom setting. They gain control over their muscles and as well improve their balance. They experience moving in time to music in a safe and nurturing environment.
